How would you describe your role as a General Administrative Assistant in modular construction?

As a General Administrative Assistant, I am the central point of contact for various departments, such as management, operations, finance, and procurement. I manage purchase orders for office supplies and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely payments, contract compliance, and accurate timekeeping.

My role includes diverse responsibilities, some of which are:

  • Generating and tracking purchase orders for subcontractors and service center activities.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports for management and operations.
  • Providing administrative support to colleagues in different departments.
  • General operational support, including managing the mailbox and mail activities.
  • Maintaining and updating the action plan to promote operational efficiency.
