What will you be doing?

In this extremely varied role, you'll be able to put your genuine passion for marketing and communication to good use by working closely with our four-strong internal marketing team.
More specifically, you will contribute to the marketing and communication tasks below:

Manage and optimise our website/portal/intranet
Community management on social media
Work out our Net Promotor Score using a specialist tool
Manage (digital) marketing campaigns and optimalisations in partnership with external agencies
Handle our internal newsletter/database management
All-round content creation (MarCom guidelines/blog posts/presentations/colleague testimonials etc.)
Identify sector requirements and respond proactively
Offer support to internal sales colleagues by providing appropriate marketing materials
Create and coordinate all internal and external communication tools (informative communication to colleagues/press releases/online and offline advertising etc.)
Analyse B2B requests and deliver briefings to the colleague responsible
Prepare and offer support during photo/video shoots
Organise internal events

What are we looking for in you?

You are a student on a Marketing, Graphic Design and/or Sales course with a strong focus on graphic design, websites and marketing.
You have basic knowledge of the Adobe suite (InDesign and Photoshop. Premiere Pro is a bonus)
You know your way around MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and you're familiar with the software tools a modern marketeer needs, such as CMS, e-mail marketing, Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Business and LinkedIn Admin
You're keen to take the initiative, you love to learn new things, you're creative and resourceful, you think in terms of solutions and you're driven by results. You're also no stranger to thinking out of the box.
You take responsibility and are independent, but you can also work well on a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Dutch and English are a must, knowledge of French and German are a bonus)
Working in an organised way is in your blood and you're never phased by deadlines
