We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Beringen.

Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a crucial role in encouraging sales growthand maintainingstrong customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Customer engagement: Interaction with customers by telephone and e-mail to understand their needs and offer bespoke solutions.
Sales development: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand our customer database.
Quotes and contracts: Prepare accurate and timely quotes and proposals in partnership with the sales team.
Working with Outside Sales Reps: Work in partnership with outside sales representatives to support their initiatives and ensure seamless customer interaction.
Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, deal with queries and offer continuing support.

Requirements:

Proven (inside) sales experience: Demonstrable success in a similar (inside) sales role, preferably in modular construction or a related sector.
Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
Customer focus: A customer-focused approach with the ability to effectively understand customer requirements and act on them.
Knowledge of ERP systems: Knowledge of an ERP system, specifically Navision, is a bonus and will be considered a valuable asset in the efficient performance of your tasks.
Comfortable with technical information: The ability to confidently navigate and understand technical information is a mandatory requirement, as this plays a crucial role in gaining in sight into the modular construction sector. An unflinching approach toward technical detail is essential for success in this role.
Teamwork: Ability to work in partnership with various internal team.
Self-motivated: Proactive and result-driven, with a high level of initiative.
