What makes your workday a perfect/successful day?

My perfect/successful day can be described in various aspects. It is mainly the colleagues, the lunches, and the right environment that contribute to this, but I also gain a lot of energy when I can achieve results in a short time. This can involve setting up a new workflow, automating existing work processes, or coming up with new successful ideas that can facilitate the operational flow.

How would your colleagues describe you?

I asked a number of colleagues how they would describe me in one word, and it turned out that I am cheerful, spontaneous, eager to learn, helpful, and a team player! Those all seem like very positive traits to me, so I am very satisfied.

Which department would you like to work in at some point?

Since I am described as a real team player, I would love to spend some time on the Marketing & Communication department. In this role, it is extremely important that the team works well together and knows perfectly who has which qualities, so they can work complementarily and achieve the best results that way.

What does Algeco mean to you?

Algeco for me is the premier supplier of temporary and semi-permanent housing solutions. Before I worked here, I didn't even know that certain permanent buildings were made from modular units. The units can be fully clad according to the customer's wishes, you can think of anything. Algeco acts as a one-stop-shop partner, we provide the customer with a total solution.
