An inspiring journey: Anja's successful balance between work and study

For 16 months, Anja combined her full-time job at Algeco with a Master's program in Lille, France. Every two weeks she traveled to Lille to attend classes.

With the knowledge gained, she wrote a thesis in which she developed a detailed roadmap for a French company to successfully establish itself in Belgium and become a significant market player within five years.

This included, among other things, analyses of the Belgian market, competition, regulations, customer segments, potential partners, and potential acquisitions. In June, she successfully defended this thesis, and after several weeks of anticipation, she received the joyful news that she had passed all her exams.

In October, she officially received her EDHEC diploma in Lille.

A personal and professional milestone

This achievement not only makes an important contribution to Anja's personal development but also brings significant benefits to our company.

Her new knowledge and skills will have a direct impact on our business processes, with refined management techniques tailored to the changing business environment.
